Dean Witherspoon is President and founder of Health Enhancement Systems — creating health improvement solutions for corporations, health plans, health systems, hospitals, government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofits, and other groups since 1992. A leader in behavior change innovation, Health Enhancement Systems serves organizations in North America and throughout the world. Dean has 25 years in health promotion, including employment with Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, and The Dow Chemical Company. He has served on the Board of the Association for Worksite Health Promotion and held several regional as well as state offices. Dean is a nationally known speaker and publisher in health promotion, having presented at more than 70 conferences and written hundreds of articles on health promotion for national publications.
