Ahhhh… spring is in the air. Now’s the perfect time to step outside and get moving again. And with Spring Into Motion, it’s easy to motivate participants. This fun, simple fitness program inspires everyone to set challenging goals and try new activities — while developing lasting exercise habits.
Individuals track dedicated exercise minutes, aiming for 30-60 minutes a day. The goal is to accumulate 5 or more springer icons a week by recording daily activity:

Any combination of green, orange, or purple springers counts toward the Spring Into Motion goal. If participants are just starting out, they should shoot for 20 green springers (for a 4-week program); if they’re already active, they should aim higher. The idea is a challenging yet realistic target that develops exercise patterns they can maintain for good.
